WORK EXPERIENCE

Teaching, researching, material development, and coordination of week-long, residential labor education and leadership programs for Union members and staff. Classes include Organizing programs, Company Research, Workplace Communication, Union Ethics, English and Spanish Leadership programs, and Pension programs.

Grand Lodge Organizing Department - Nashville, Tennessee

Developed and responded to organizing leads falling under the National Labor Relations Act in both union and open shop environments. Assisted Local Lodge organizing committees to develop internal organizing campaigns within the federal government sector. Provided housecalling and organizing training to Local Lodges.
